I didn't, I made it up and then started willing it to happen. I thought if I wished hard enough it would come true. This is a case of Huge making up huge shit because his disappointment is huge. If it happens, it will be....disregard it completely. Naturally, if it happened I'd pretend I know someone really close to WB and you'd all suddenly respect me and hang off my every word and gosh, it'd be absolutely spiffing what !

I think we went better without our so called experienced veterans (Glenn and McGuire). Sick of Macca passing to McGuire on the 4th for a nothing weak hit up. It's time to let the young guys take over.

Give the kids a run - they need to play first grade enough to be ready to go when needed and to keep the old guard on their toes, who are not performing to their usual standard. McGuire back to prop. He doesn't do a single thing different at lock than he ever did at prop. I'm done with Boyd. Glenn needs to do more as a starter if he wants to get back there. Thaiday can stick around so long as there's no mistakes, no laziness in defence and makes decent metres.
The team needs to learn how to play together and win a game comfortably. I can't remember the last game we played where I wasn't thinking we'd find a way to lose

but then we lose our biggest impact of the bench and just hand momentum to the sharks once our starters take a breather

That's a worry in itself. We can't give the kids a starting spot because the veterans will let us down off the bench.

it is not that they will let us down ... it is all about balance.
Take Glenn for example... he has been one of our best this year, but he is a workhorse style player, while TPJ is your bigger body impact style player ...
FTR, TPJ had a very similar performance off the bench to what he does starting...
people are desperate for everyone to start at the expense of having a good bench... the bench is criminally under-rated by many.
Rugby league is played by 17 men ... not 13 men
Flegler is injured.

I actually hope he is ... could be the game to turn his form around.
bring him back at either left center or the bench ... would be harsh on either Opacic or Staggs though as neither have done anything wrong to be dropped.
