I actually think we need to bring in either a fullback and move Boyd to the centers, or bring in a center. We are struggling for depth in the centers imo.

Farnsworth and perese sound like they are killing it in QLD cup lately. Admittedly perese on the wing (has played centre) and Farnsworth has only played the last few games at centre.

With injuries and releases in the Centre department, now is the absolute best time to move Boyd there.

I completely understand the PR mess Seibold has on his hands with Boyd not with injury, being captain and the only fullback at the club and what to do about the situation. It cannot go on however.. he's the coach, it's his side, and it is his job on the line if he wants to still be there after Boyd retires. No point carrying him and sacrificing your own image as a coach to do so.

Move him this week, blame the loss of Roberts and Bird and that Shiba needs a rest or that he got a "cork" again.

Try Izzy at the back and if that doesn't work maybe try staggs. I. Really wish Bird wasn't out cause he'd be the perfect straight swap.

I think we give isaako a shot at fullback this year. His performances last year warrant a chance, he also did OK in his games at fullback from memory (2 games there?). If he doesn't take his chance then seibold will need to decide if niu or Walsh are our future and bloods them early or he goes to the market. Another option that I am surprised isn't getting mentioned is gebbie from wynumm-manly. He seems to be blitzing them in QLD cup and is a bit more mature. I know he isn't signed to us but he is playing for our affiliate qld cup side and we have spots in our roster

Yeh I like the look of Gebbie.

Just throwing it out there, but I think we should be employing Billy Slater as a fullbacks coach a la Joey Johns even if it's a part-time basis.

Bit of a wildcard for fullback, but I really like the look of Stefan Ratchford from Warrington. Has a bit more toughness about him than the likes of Sam Tomkins. His age would go against him though, but could be a good stop gap

I've said it a few times, but I actually think Sam Tomkins was decent in his NRL stint. Everyone calls it an unequivocal fail, but he did some really good stuff in 2014 and had an injury affected 2015.

2014 he had 13 tries & 12 try assists whilst averaging over 100m per game, that's not too shabby for a 25 year old Fullback playing his first season of NRL, I kind of wish he had stuck around a few more years, think he could've had a good career over here.
