Pathetic. Again, no heart, no desire and seemingly no ability.

Seibs at least was filthy in the presser and called them out for their attitude, lacking in desire and having their minds on everything else other than playing for us.

Hopefully this leads us to a position where some of our protected species can make way for someone who actually wants to play, but I'm not hopeful.

As has been the case for years, its just more words...

Anyhow, the cricket is going alright seemingly, so I might take a week off the Broncs. They clearly have...

Seibs' was seething in the press conference.

Basically said they didn't play well enough and ever since Origin I, there's players in the team who are valuing their representative jersey over their club jersey. Said the players weren't physically up to it and while Parramatta came to make a game of it, the Broncos dipped their toe in the water. The only hint of praise he gave was that they didn't switch off entirely in the second half, but even so, was upset with Turpin mistake for the Hoffman try.

He looked beyond frustrated and couldn't provide too many answers because now he has to see where the cards fall after Origin II.

I thought the same thing live.

But I also hated how Oates got up looking like someone popped his balloon. Bottom lip quivering.

Grow a set mate and stand up for yourself.

The same thing happened last year when the eels flogged us. On that occasion Boyd was getting bullied and did nothing about it. No one came to his aid either. This team is soft since Hodges retired.

Oates gets a zero tonight.
Which is also the same number of working hands he has.

This team needs a massive clean out. All the blokes off contract, I wouldn’t be worried about them until the season is done. Until we know where we stand. The game play needs a big shake up.
We need a genuine star in this team, something we haven’t had since Lockyer.
Milford is a shade of what he use to be, I have been/am a big supporter of Milford, but he isn’t worth 500k (half his current salary.)
Isaako, Boyd, Macca cannot be in this team come 2020.
Seggy needs to be brought straight back in.
We will be lucky if the knights don’t put 50 on us.

It hurts to say, but this the Broncos are nothing like the Broncos that we all still hoped we were.
We are living off memories, and I get the feeling that nothing will be changing anytime soon.
Very sad.

Well Walters might still get his chance, he may need to wait another 18 months tho if Seibs isn't able to turn this around.

Corey Oates means way too much to this team for him to deliver a performance like he did tonight.

It's no coincidence that when Oates goes well, the Broncos play well. His charges inside the Broncos half are so inspirational and without those the team just loses it's way. Tonight, he played worse than Kennar did the week before and was beyond poor. I cannot believe he only made 13 hit-ups either. Oates owed the team after his poor first half and it boggles my mind how he doesn't average 20+ hit-ups a game.

He should be the Broncos Blake Ferguson, instead he's like a poor man's version of Manu Vatuvei.

I was in a box at the South's game tonight. I spoke with Braidon Burns about his return and mentioned it would be nice to see him push Gagai out as I'd love to see him back in Broncos colours at FB next year. He responded with "I'm not so sure he would get on with Seibs" I'm not sure if that means they didn't get on personally or it was a general consensus from the players...

I said at the start of the year that this team lacks an alpha, I still think that is a major issue.
Far too many treating it like a job, a public service job at that where they know they can't be punted.

How did SOS go tonight? Did he let the team down? We’re there any positives to come from the game?

Oates always has a few games like this a year, it's just to be expected these days. It's arguably not even his worst performance this year - there was a game where he dropped the ball 6 times earlier in the year!

Did we really and I mean REALLY do our due diligence on seibs? It’s not his fault that the boys keep dropping everything or is it..as a young team I feel they just aren’t switch on to start the game is that his fault? Is that why we’re seeing so many mistakes?

Very mixed performance. Look solid at times, and poor (like the rest of the side) at other times. Had to do a mountain of work in defense, but missed a fair few tackles. Some kicks looked good, some looked poor. Handled the ball quite a lot, possibly because Milford just went missing for large parts of the game.

SOS didn’t let the team down but the team let him down. Not the type of team performance you’d want for a debut. The only positive was that we only lost 12-10 in the second half

Well if we had Bennett here we could look forward to nothing changing team wise, scraping into the eight, and copping a thumping in week one. At least there's some hope with Seibs that we'll be good in a year or two and that this season is a necessary evil.

I managed to get my hands on GI's career highlights and am in the process of making a best of video.

It really makes me wish we had a player like GI.

At this point, I'll absolutely take Folau if it means we can get a genuine game-breaker in this side.

That I agree with, Bennett had to go. But so far after seibs hot start last year his record from the back end till now has been abysmal.

Yep.
Hodges, Parker, Moose all goneskis.
Missing what bird brings too.
