George Burgess?
Shit, we only have the 2018 coach of the year then. That’s it..

Was I even correct in saying Milford debuted in 2013? Time doesn’t exist anymore

Nicho hynes' (melbourne FB (primarily) and halves) contract expires the end of this year. Could be a handy pick up. Looks to have a good passing game which our other options seem to be lacking. Bit older and bigger body so may be a bit more nrl ready.

Buying a Melbourne player is always a risk. For every Grant/Folau/Inglis, there’s an Anderson, Harris, Proctor, O’Neill.

They've already done that. He's agreed verbally to a long-term deal worth shit loads.

True, but he wouldnt be someone you are paying top dollar for. He would be just above base salary so there is lower risk.

Also, to be fair to tohu harris, I would actually also say he has been pretty good in a poor warriors side.

We've also got the 2018 Rookie of the Year. Still living in the past, but not quite so distant at least
Oh yeah, I forgot about Isaako getting that. Also top point scorer. Haas was 2019. Bird was 2015.

you are applying the wrong lense i think; thats what HAS occured, im referring to the here and now, and what is being planned looking forward...

Have the Titans made mistakes in the past, absolutely...i will not argue that

But seeds are being planted currently; dont be suprised in a year or 2 if things continue we have a long hard look at Holbrock...if not sooner...

Standards are being set, there is a culture being cultivated and developed; young guys are being integrated into the team AND being backed as long as they perform. If they dont, they are out

Milf, Boyd, Oates, Croft....have you seen them being held accountable...this year...at all..?

I stand by what i said; 1 of the 2 clubs are on the up, prepared to accept the hits and setbacks it takes to improve, to make the hard decisions to rebuild a culture.....and one club isnt

Love this kid......can we get him for the next decade...?
Most of this is agreeable but I think you're way too tough including Boyd in the accountability stakes. Previous years, absolutely but this season he's definitely held his own and giving it everything. Just my thoughts.

Thats a bit of poetic license from the article writer. Grants quote is

" It has always been Wests Tigers in 2020 and back to Melbourne in 2021, so that is how it will be at this stage. That is the way it has been with the loan deal and it is just the way it is going to go."

He doesn't mention Smith or his playing future. I doubt he is going to openly come out and put pressure on Smith of the Storm by saying he will ask for a release if Cam plays on next year. HE has just basically reiterating the terms of his loan agreement.
Correct, I saw him directly finish that statement by reiterating that he was loving playing NRL every week, so I don't think he's going to be very keen to get back to Queensland Cup.

Honestly if Smith plays on I could see him shifting to Halfback for the year which would then pave the way for them to keep both guys in 2020 - bastards.

Huh? You just said the pathways are broken and no state player is NRL ready- I name one and you love him and say he's ready for the next decade.
