Panthers are 1.03 and we are 12.00
We are still probably unders though.
Incredible odds... Cleary HIA, Kikau sent off... just running some scenarios.. probably lose by 4 still, need to keep working on it.

I'm gonna be honest here. This is the moat concerned ive ever been. This could be it, they very well could hit 60 points on us.

If the young panthers get in the mood, we might well hit our rock bottom on Thursday night and take a beating like no other. Our team is down on confidence, no combination's, no real danger player, brittle defence. If you thought we were broken before this could genuinely destroy some of these lads mentally.

Lets hope kevvie has put a bomb under them and showing that by dropping milf no one is safe and they come out and compete against the panthers.
I'm not concerned this will happen. If KW gets his forwards right the Panthers will be fearing for their safety. Lodge Turps and ( Flegler or Kennedy) to start. Haas and TpJ second row Carrigan to lock and add three of the best remaining forwards to the bench. Let's play to our strength and I think we have plenty of forward firepower. Let's just bash them ala Cronulla from a few years ago. Yes, **** the druggo sharks yada yada yada

The mercy rule should be enacted in this game, just give Penrith the 2 points already. Dropping MILF ain't going to do shite, Croft is no better than MILF at his worst form line. I don't blame Kevvie, he was dealt a poor hand by Peter Nolan. What TF is Nolan's qualifications managing the roster besides being a barman for the Bronco's leagues club. Nolan should be the first to be dropped.

I disagree,
Cleary was out a couple of weeks ago and Matt Burton filled in at 6 with Luai at 7. They killed it.
These guys have been playing together for years and they're on fire at the moment.

Your team winning a game doesn't mean you've killed it. We must have watched a different game. Your definition of killing it is different than mine.

But the difference with that game is that Cleary wasn't playing and contained by Storm leaving Luai to do it all on his own, which he most certainly can't do. It's a very different situation.

Confused - much.

And long may it continue. Kevvie is doing a first class job of keeping the media guessing. They're the ones who can cause untold damage to a club and savagely rip a coaches' career to shreds. So Kevvie is doing a splendid job of just giving them enough rope to hang themselves.

Tell'em nothing,
Tak 'em nowhere.

It's Kevvie's mantra, and unless you have the best interests of the club at heart you'll get nothing straight from our coach.

It’s good deflection - get everyone talking about Walters’ mixed messaging and not about how shit Milford is. Takes some of the scrutiny off Milford
He's been dropped.

Everyone knows how shit Milford is.

We’ve literally been punished by every forward pack this year but okay.
How the **** are some bog average second rowers going to help fix our spine?

I thought everyone was sold on Riki being 'the fifita replacement' ?

TPJ on the other edge this week too so that should fix it right.

That’s not how rugby league works mate, you can’t have superstars in every position. You must have the players like Capewell and S’ua that play consistently and tackle and communicate well. We don’t have that. We had the worst middle third defence the modern day era has ever seen last year but yet some of you on here thinks our forward pack is fine. Come on people.

Milford is still our best 5/8th at the moment and isn't the reason why we are losing. But I do have to admit he isn't really helping us win either and dropping him might help him in the long run. I am just glad it takes out the pass to milf and hope he does something" after 1-out hit ups that go nowhere approach we have been running with for 6 years. Sure we can hate his bombs but we wouldn't see so many if we ended up close to the try line more often. We can't make it out of our own half most of the time and dropping Milford isn't going to fix that. I hope I am wrong but we are going to get stomped on Thursday.

Anyone who still thinks the comp isn't rigged is fucked in the head. Kikau last week, JWH every week, there are a bunch of "enforcers" out there that get a free run simply because of who they play for.

On the other hand, we wonder why our pack is getting beaten despite there being plenty of talent and some big motors. It's because we've been deliberately and systematically neutered by the NRL. From 2016 it was Blair that was penalised and suspended for absolute bullshit reasons, and since he's left the judiciary has gone after TPJ with even more scrutiny. We're simply not allowed to intimidate the opposition for fear of being suspended. I say **** it. Go hard and **** them up, get 10 players put on report, clog up their judiciary system and have a team of high-price solicitors with footage of EVERY incident from other teams that have been let go.

I implore you all to watch the ref and his "10 metres" this weekend. The Panthers are constantly off-side or leaving early, and the refs turn a blind eye. Meanwhile we're being marched 12-13 metres (which equates to an additional 4-6 metres extra PER TACKLE that our pack has to go back and forth) and even if they can get back on-side, it's too late to organise a rushing, dominant defence, and that's not even including the additional fatigue from having to do so. No wonder we seem tired and fragile in the middle.

Capewell and Su'A are bog average second rowers??? I'd say there isn't really any argument that they aren't in the next rung below Fifita and Kikau. I don't really care if we get Su'A back but I reckon Capewell is a must!
