Bomber has taken another story off the forum, with word “leaking” Kurt Capewell and Bronx could be a thing... Negotiations are on-going with Broncs about to “swoop” on him...

One can only hope he finally got one aspect of the story correct...

I'm not at all concerned about signings yet. Let's wait for DD to get on board. I'd be far more concerned if we were making big signings without him being on board to fully vet every signature and amount.

It has been mentioned but it is always, nah he won't leave the Roosters, they don't lose anyone they want and no one leaves, why bother. Word for word almost from an umber of talking heads on Fox. Then they all move on.

Don't think ARey will want to move to far from Sydney and will just move to the Shire. IF that door closes we should go all in for SJ, the Kiwi contingent here should be a draw card for the former Kiwi half. A partnership with fellow Kiwi fullback Isaako and potential edge combo with emerging gun Riki is something the team can build on.

Yeah I’m not quite convinced on SJ, we need a game manager like @Foordy said... Also at the moment if we aren’t going for Reynolds we should keep Dearden... as well as what you said I don’t see Isaako being our fullback at best he will be a winger

As all good play makers at the back end of their career, he could become that game managing player if we paid him to be.
Also he is a try assist freak, and we need points in this team badly. He plays on that Staggs-Coates edge, it could be the most potent offensive edge in the league.

We've tried that ... we need to go for a proven game manager ... not another off the cuff, running half that we try to turn into a game manager

according to the CM it is a train and trial contract, he will be considered for selection from next week

the only new quotes from Souths Logan coach Steve Bretherton

“He has been really good for our club,” he said.

“I wouldn’t say he has set the world on fire but his experience has been great and he’s been good for our young blokes.

“I’m not sure if he’s going to the Broncos but if he gets a chance, I’d be really happy for him.”
