Well lowest ceiling in so much as if you live in a vaulted cathedral.
His speed and step are exactly what is called for in V'landy ball. He is also super quick between the ears so every game he is learning and increasing his potential to be a very savvy member of an otherwise 'challenged' brotherhood.
Hey, you won’t get any arguments form me. He’s a great player and I’ve been calling for his extension for a while now. I really hope he stays. If there are limited spots it’s hard to select him over Piakura, Willison, Riki, or even Robati. He’s better than most of them now but I’m not sure that will remain the case.

I hope he stays. He’s perfect for 30 minutes off the bench.

I think your last sentence is probably the only knock on him at the moment.

Unsure if the limiting of minutes is Kevvie or Bull (fitness), but moving forward you want your bench prop being able to play a solid reliable 40mins minimum.

I think he has a spot in the 17 moving forward so it's not like there's a lack of opportunity... depth signings like Jensen arent there to displace him, just cover him when he needs a break.

I think Kevvie is just easing him in so far and at this stage Bull has shown he can come up with a magic play, but it's the bread and butter grunt work that's also needed.

I think he started at prop for his last Norths game, which was a step up, because I believe he's mostly been playing off the bench... so playing down there and increasing his minutes will be a good thing for him.

Turps says he's a messy housemate. Could have something to do with it.

All the best Alex you have been a great clubman

I’ve been one of Bully’s biggest supporters but if you look at all the talent in the forwards he is probably the one of the forwards with the lowest ceiling. That being said, I’d much prefer keep Bully than Palasia or Jensen.
Easily the dumbest thing you’ve said.

I think you’re being kind to me there lol. All I meant was I think Bullemor’s best attribute is he’s the perfect bench forward. I don’t think he’ll ever become a consistent starter and though that role is important and Bull is great at it, at what cost do you prioritise a career benchy?

I do NOT want to lose Bullemor. I rate him as our 2nd most promising forward behind Haas.

Yes

Let's keep doing things in hindsight though.

Maybe we can try to bring Bullemor back for more money than we ever planned to retain him for.

This is a great tactic we're testing out with Walsh now.

Yes and Munster would be the best bench utility but noone is going to leave him out of the 13.

Bullemor is not a career benchy.. LOL

Love how people only believe what they see...

If Bullemor was starting regularly then he would magically become an NRL starter. He has Angus Crichton potential.

Bad analogy because Munster is a good starter. Bullemor has shown to be far less effective over big minutes and in QCup his best games were from the bench.

Bully best serves his team from the bench Munster best serves his team on the field at all times.

Nup, Bullemor is a starter.. Just needs to be picked in the starting side.. It just happens to be that he is great off the bench also.

I'd make Bullemor our starting lock or right edge backrower.

Mate, your team lists look like fraud election records - blokes no ones heard of, guys who’ve been dead for 2 centuries, fictional characters, Mr Fido McWoof.

Mate, Bullemor is one of our best forwards but he's played the least minutes out of the lot.

I flagged that we will lose him if we don't start playing him and treating him with a bit more respect than just labelling him a bench forward.

Everyone say goodbye to the bull now! Wave goodbye! Bye bye Bull!

Don't worry, we'll at least get to see him play for us in Origin every year! What a delight.

Not picking on you, well, i am, but thats a clear sign you havent seen much of him outside the Broncos 17 when he has been in it. His best games have always been changing games coming from the bench as a middle forward with his speed and smarts. He may develop into something else with a few more years of development in ISC but right now he's a bench forward. He's shown nothing really as a starter in the NRL, and his best games in ISC i'd say have been bench impact.

I'm also not sure why you are talking like its a bad thing to be a bench forward anyway. Its not disrespectful and in fact, is a crucial position in any NRL side. Having poor bench options who dont contribute is damaging to a footy team.

No, Bullemor is a starting forward.

It's just a matter of perception.

We can all watch him start for another club and wonder what it would have been like for him to stay at Broncos.

I don't see being a bench forward as a negative, I just believe that we should be playing our best players in the starting 13.

I also believe that the best players want to start and will look for an opportunity to start somewhere else if they can't get it where they are.

At this moment in time, he just isnt. Perception has nothing to do with it. This is one of those occasions where you clearly just haven't seen him in ISC, and you clearly haven't been watching him closely in the NRL. His best games for us have been coming off the bench. His best games in ISC have been off the bench. I havent seen him play in ISC as much as say somebody like @1910 or @Big Pete has but i'm fairly sure people who have watched him way more than me, and certainley way, way more than you would say at this moment in time he's a bench forward who will change things with his speed and footwork.

He's generally been nothing more than decent with a couple of exceptions in his NRL appearances. Thats totally to be expected as well seeing as he is a 21 year old prop still learning, he's a baby in terms of him being a middle forward. I cant see where he has had any kind of top level, game changing consistency in his performances that make you think he should be a starter in our 13.

And you must think being a bench forward is a negative or you wouldn't have said we need to show him more respect than him playing off the bench.

Lol

His best games have been from the bench because that's where most of his games have been from.. The bench.

How is labelling him as only a bench forward respectful? I don't think being one is a negative. I just don't see the point in labelling such a young dynamic talent only a bench forward. I also don't really know why he's the go to guy to drop from the bench the day before a game.

He has way higher potential than Carrigan and if we had to choose one to keep out of the two I'd be choosing Bullemor.

The amount of shuffling around of the line up Kev has done, it would only be fair to give Bullemor a shot at starting.

I think if we started him, and kept him there to develop.. He will do just that.. develop.. And he will be great.

But... maybe another club will do that with him and we can just watch and weep.
