I got to say when I heard he was signed from super league and came back fat, I honestly believed he would be one of those players that would flitter at the edges of the squad and disappear ar years end.

I suspect Dearden was offered a starting role this year in order to prove himself and try to earn a starting spot for next year, a head start on the others of you will.

On Bullemor, the club may not want him to go, but won't be pressured by another young player trying to force our hand. That was all speculation from Read based on a rumour that Dobbo raised, which was limited to Manly are interested in Bullemor.

Read doesn't have much credibility anymore... he's been given a weekly seat at the NRL360 table so now he's all about click bait to keep his spot.

I'm pretty sure Read didn't even say that he has inside knowledge, was more like "it's rumoured they want an experienced forward so maybe they are looking to move Bullemor on"
