Relax you can't judge an entire players skills on a single pass lmao.
Herbie can never give Oates the ball in any attacking play but I'm using that pass as an example. A single 2 on 1 should be able to be done by every top shelf centre in the nrl.

He has before and it has led to tries, but we don't move the ball well on that side all season and it doesn't start and end on Herbie. The vast majority of times Herbie gets the Ball the opposition is already about to tackle him or he is too close to the sideline, very rarely is there space and even then it's usually off a line break rather then spreading wide.

It's quite odd though, passing to the left is preferable for right handed players so unless our spine players are all left handed I'm not sure what the answer is other then just having better players there.

I thought others aside from @kman had previously been complaining about Herbies non-passing ability......the howler the other night just exemplified that. Don't pass it Herbie........just run Herbie .....run.

Looks to me he's destined for the wing......

1.
2. Oates
3. Cobbo
4. Staggs
5. Herbie

aint looking to bad.(?)

Have never been convinced Herbie is anything other than a winger, but nothing wrong with being a good winger.

Oh, I think what applies to refs applies to the bunker, at least in part. By that I mean more right than before. We don't tend to remember the hundreds of right calls the bunker makes, it's the howlers. Without the bunker fans would riot after a few rounds of 'run of the mill' calls not being picked up.
I dunno....I wouldn't be surprised if most people would prefer to **** the bunker off and accept a few wrong on field decisions. I know I would.

I can accept a wrong on field decision because it happens so fast and the ref whilst still a ****, is only human.

I can't accept someone sitting in a room, surrounded by TV monitors, looking at something from all the angles available.....and in super slow mo........then fucking it up and getting it completely wrong, particularly where we mere humans, can plainly see it on our screen through the most basic of replays.

Some people just don't understand it
Happens both sides more so on the left as the left side doesn't have an attacking threat in the backrow
Breaks down with the 1 in Nui and Issako was the same in not playing straight and drifting cutting out room for the outside players the opposition is already sliding by the time the centres get it.
If there was a stat showing which teams score the most tries with a winger untouched/3 on 2 we'd be the bottom

Obviously, no one really cares but these are the teamlists from NRL.com:

Interesting there are also no forwards in the reserves, so we must be clearly all out of them with Bullemor starting and both Paix and Mead on the bench.

It makes sense Mead is on the bench, someone has to make the metres for both Coates and Kennedy.

In absolute fairness poor ol Belinda Sharpe certainly had no chance of seeing where the ball was put down

That picture really sums up her talent as a ref/touchie

Atrocious
