As good as he is, i think we need to rest Walshy after Origin purely based on the emotion of everything. I dont think he's ready mentally to back up from Origin.

Terribly disjointed performance. Carrigan the standout, Haas and Oatesy solid. Piakura i thought had a decent game but the rest of them i think just didnt turn up.

We were awful but didn't give up. We did have about three tries we bombed. That Walsh to Oates play just needed to be executed literally 1 second earlier and it was game over. Walsh had an absolute shocker but like the team, never gave up.

Missed knock ons. Laid all over us and got away with it. Took out kick chasers multiple times. That Fafita act was a disgrace, he wouldn't have been within 20m of them. That result was in the refs head before kick off. Absolute cheating ****

It took us until we were down 16-6 to actually start doing something and even then we weren’t using our strength, which is our power game.

Why waste time not tackling Campbell at the end. You have to make them play the ball quickly when chasing points. We held them down too long in the last 5 minutes.

Because it’s supposed to be a voluntary tackle which is a penalty to the defending team. Ofc it’s never called

That was a real average game. Nobody played particularly well.

Walsh and Herbie our worst, followed by Reynolds. Reserve forwards were average too.

Oates, Ezra, Carrigan and Haas were probably our best…. But none of them were ‘good’

Agree it’s a dumb **** one eyed Reff but it’s pure lethargic with no real finesse at all from our guys.

I wonder what were the non origin players doing in the week off they got. Adams kicking is terrible & our right edge is sleeping mostly.

Refs were terrible, but this loss is 100% on the players. Cobbo caught out like 4 times. Walsh trying to do way too much. Reynolds and Mam were terrible.

We need to hire Slater as a consultant just to keep Walsh in line. We don't need him to be a superhero on every play
