Very good performance from our ‘under strength’ team led by Billy & Adam from the get go.

Great to see our middle stand up to the task especially, Willison whom, we m wanting to see put a great performance & he didn’t disappoint at all. Piakura, Palasia, Jensen, Kobe & Tapau all did a decent job.

Could’ve been a great performance had they not gave away 2 soft tries under the post but happy to walk away with the W.

Adam’s kicking is back which is great to see & so is Mam’s support play.

Cobbo’s game keeps getting better. His binning is absolute farce.

Billy is really great. Need him to build on today’s performance.
Yeah I thought he was excellent, Walters and reyno were our best. Very impressed with willison and piakura today too

6 out of our first choice 13 out (and only 1 player who is a regular starter in the foward pack excl #9) and we put on 44 and win by 20 points. Great win, especially in the context of the season.

Sailor was good and I like that he stepped up with a really good general play kick into space after Reynolds went off. Great cutout ball for Mariner to score as well.

I liked Cobbo roaming in the middle and Mariner coming off the bench.

I'm really liking what Billy the kid is bringing to the side. The fact that people in the live game thread blow up when he runs from dummy half without support like it's his fault is hilarious. It's not up to him to let the side know when he's going to run, we should have players ready to back up and support always. Might sound silly, but there aren't too many number 9's in the comp that I'd trade him for lately.

Piakura is looking the goods and it'll be interesting to see what Kevvie does when Riki comes back. Capewell moving into the middle would be a good move I reckon.

Up the Broncs!

Great win with all the players out and good for our for and against. Our young forwards played well and look to be coming of age and getting long game minutes has to help for the end of this year and next year without Flegler.

Sailor was great at fullback and the Cobbo sin binning was a joke.

Ennis and Blocker were almost cheering for the Dogs at the start of the second half the fucXwits.

Another rocks and diamonds game from Walters. I still think Kevvy is leaving him on way too long and watching Smoothy play really highlights how inexperienced Walters is at 9.

Plus he makes like 15 meters per run as well. He's developing into a great hooker.

Seriously??!!

Billy was excellent
Nah rocks and diamonds. Good intercept which lead to a try and scored one himself. Missed a tackle on TPJ that led to a Bulldogs try. Dropped a ball which was admittedly a hard take that led to a Dogs try. Got caught a few times in the middle of the field in broken play but looks to offload to a player in a worse position instead of just putting his head down and digging into the line.

Sorry I know a lot of you guys like him but I don't think it's any coincidence that once he goes off our attack seems to look a lot more cohesive especially up the middle of the field.

Special mention to Willison for today's game.

We didn't have the big guns in the middle today and the majority of his stint was him, Taupau and Cobbo I believe.

Held his own and had some strong carries.

Good signs for the future that we might be able to rely on him next year after Flegler moves on.

Missed a tackle? He made the tackle, there were no forwards to wrap up a much much bigger player. That as willisons miss. Its funny these haters try and pick him apart. He's playing great.

you know we have had 5 losses this season and ive been filthy at all of them am i spoilt?

Maybe a tad greedy re: the Souffs game where we lost by 30 but the rest have been real borderline.

Lol

Was deep in enemy territory today.. rapt with that result and a fun fact about it - that win takes Kevin Walters’ win percentage as coach to 50%

Good going considering 2021

Ciraldo just used the word "amateurish" about 15 times in the presser, lol
