So it's clearly ranking tries above most things.

Walsh being second last for us is pretty crazy... although he couldn't catch anything contested last night.

It's probably the biggest thing he needs to fix right now. It can't be a 50/50 on giving the opposition 6 more tackles whenever they get near our 40m for a kick.

He had it post 2023 origin when Billy first got a hold of him, but it seems like he's lost it since that shot from Taylan May in early 2024.

In that 2023 series I think he was using his legs and knees to protect from chasers, but it's like he's worried about being penalised if someone runs into his boot... **** em Reece... that's how fullbacks have to take kicks, because of the momentum chasers have... just don't extend it out like full karate kick style

They gave away a cpl of 6 agains just trying to get tough with Herbie .
Where were those offloads when he was a Bronco ?

The thing with herbie is i dont think he is good for team dynamics and culture. He hogs, he yells, he blames. You see it on the field. He has to be the centre of attention. The club made the right call picking staggs over him. He's the opposite with team culture.

He`s not the same guy anymore .
Cpl of times he lined up close to the line and I membered the 23 GF when he shredded the Panthers ruck on half time . He was handled pretty easily last night . Also haven`t seen the old aggression . He was a guy ball runners wanted to avoid .

Yep got smashed by Reyno at one point and dropped it... ref called it an offside, but Flegs of old would've ran through Reyno and stood over him.

He's been out for a couple years and they've chucked him straight into first grade thinking he will be that guy straight away, but I think he's going to take a little bit to get going again.

They should be using him as that 20-30mins sort of forward or should've just eased him in via cup.

Sabotage by Anderson so he has a spot coming back? Haha. Also kind of makes it less work, karipani was just supporting his boy who was probably in the dumps big time
