Should Seibold be sacked immediately?

Seibold mentioned that he would know if he was not the right man for the job. I do wonder what would be required by his standards to admit that he is not up to the task at hand 🤔
 
First fix is bring Kevvie in.

The benefit of this is it becomes attractive for Maroons to come, that is already more pulling power than Siebold could dream to have even if he wasn’t a terrible coach in a terrible club state.
 
So the team has lost one of their two super talents and the other is frustrated as anything (Haas), wonder of the coach can see the truth now?

Seibold can’t recruit. He couldn’t even bring any players with him from Souths other than Kennar. If he was a decent coach, Fifita wouldn’t have walked and players from other clubs will now be asking why
 
If Queensland wants a strong Broncos team they should let Walters coach us and the Maroons. Would make convincing players to come to us easier. Bring Hagan with you as well. Walters doesn’t need to be a mastermind if he has the right people surrounding him.

Coach- Walters
Assistant- Hagan
Defence- Ryan
Attack- Hodges

We have to stop fucking around and look to a future that has promise because what have now is a fucking disaster
 
Well this has to be the worst feeling of all this year. The constant gubbings we've been handed by teams that are not even ranked in the top four was hard enough to take, but losing one of our best forwards to the Titans is such a kick in the balls to every broncos fan.

I know the club was not exactly flying when Benny left but Siebold has managed to rip the heart out of the playing roster and make us look like a poor ISC also ran pub team.

Has to be the lowest day in our history. Our whole administration team must be the worst clusterfuck we have ever assembled in our 32 year reign.

This has to end, surely this weekend will be the nail in the coffin. If this club wants to salvage any part of its soul before its too late they make some cut throat decisions and they make them noe

We need to somehow use our history to fix our future and I agree Walters is the man to bring back some aura to the club. Even if results aren’t instant, we need that broncos culture back and get interest back in the club. That coaching list and add Alfie as well would entice a lot of players here, especially home grown talent.

At least Lack of effort and over complicated game plans wouldnt be an issue under Walters and that’s a start
 
Could Seibold work as an assistant coach? He does have some creative ideas, he just doesn't have the basics down.
 
The board might see the way when the business first broncos ask Davey for an exit interview and why he’s leaving

The question isn't whether to sack Seibold ... but who is the best coach to dig the club out of the biggest hole its ever been in.

The criteria for the next coach should include (a) at least three years NRL experience, including success at finals level (or equivalent in English league) (b) a disciplinarian who the players learn to "fear" in a good way (c) a coach with connections, who can attract some experienced players (d) someone who can stand up against the boardroom and other influences within the biggest club in Australia and make decisions not based on the bottom line or the latest fad.

For me Geoff Toovey is the standout.
 
Out of curiosity, why don’t we hire Kevvie in the same role as Mal?

doesnt seem to effect his media commitments and we get to have someone in charge of culture and standards, and a QLD coach as leverage for contracts.
