Rafa needs to turn things around or it could be curtains for him

If we lose against the Mancs, he will be under massive pressure.

I thought things were bad for us...

That was a makeshift team up against a red red hot benefica.

We will easily qualify for the next round of the europa league and probably see you there.. if you can hold on to 3rd place [icon_lol1.

Haha, beach balls raining down from the Kop.

Don't know why Liverpool fans are so shitty about Owen at ManU. Loyalty is dead in football these days, even when rivalries come into play.

Wow. He should be out there having a run for the Whalers in the WC next year. Very impressive.

Now he just needs to work on his fitness, wind back the clock a little and kit up.

Not even Dario Vidosic coming on as a substitute could save bottom of the ladder Nürnberg against Hoffenheim.

Take a look at this absolute ripper from Christian Eichner. icon_thumbs_u

what a shit free kick that was. Amazing strike tho!

How bad does commentary in German sound!

Incredible strike.

As for the commentary, you get used to it. It's very hard on the ears when you first hear it though I agree. The singing usually drowns out the commentary anyway. icon_thumbs_u

Cool touch to see the traditional tune used by Scooter in "How Much Is The Fish" being adopted as Hoffenheim's goal song. icon_thumbs_u

Scooter are fecking awesome.

Once a Roar optimist, always a Roar optimist.

Clearly it was a sarcastic comment though. [icon_wink

Having said that, nberg have just extended his contract for another 2 years as Rado was telling me the other day. Quite chuffed he was too.

That's right, a contract. You'll never have one of those Scotty! :P [icon_lol1.

Well not a professional football contract, I wasn't aware I was supposed to be trying for one tbh. And roar optimist is an oxy-moron.

Ningers, in these times of need, how would you like big Miro up front?

http://www.goal.com/en/news/10/italy/20 ... -inter-and

He's somewhat fallen out of favour at Bayern getting minimal game time. In an interview, despite what the article says, he said that he felt that he was third in the pecking order behind Gomez and Luca Toni. With the WC coming up next year, he would like to get some more valuable minutes on the pitch under his belt as he is still very much in favour with the national side.

I feel that he will possibly leave Bayern at the end of the current season and seek a gig where he can be a more permanant fixture for a longer time on the field.

It's the club's fault though, they did a mini Real Madrid of sorts and spent up big. They can't justify Gomez and Toni warming the bench on a cool 20 million + each, so I feel Miro will be the casualty.

How about it mate?

I've said it here first. He won't be at Bayern Munich next year. He could go to Koln to chill with Podolski, but he could also go to England.
