Al Davis passed away overnight.

PWA - I know you're not a fan of him personally, but what are your feelings on this being an Oakland fan?

Davis was a long time servant of the game and will no doubt be missed by many NFL fans. R.I.P.

I like Al Davis. While he has gone batshit crazy in the last 10 years or so, he made the Raiders a 3 time superbowl champion and gave them their swagger and made the raiders what they are. RIP

I think that would be the sentiment of most Oakland fans. He created the Raiders.

I actually don't think the Raiders made the wrong move getting Palmer.

QB was their main position of need - and now they have addressed it. Awesome RB, WRs are looking very promising. Strong pass rush with Seymour and now Curry. Routt is a good CB.

Good things to come from the Raiders I think.
