They haven't announced him yet. I won't be surprised if hes actually on the development list. 4 hookers although Walters and Paix can play 6 seems strange in a top 30 squad when looking at other teams.

despite Mozer being moved to the top 30, he's still likely considered a development player.

Development list contracts are $60k max ... and given how highly rated Mozer is, we likely had to pay more than that to keep him, so we would have had to move him to the top 30.

1 Hooker, 1 Utility, 1 18 year old who is 2 years away from being ready.

Our hooker depth is lacking without Smoothey.
And of those options, smoothy would be who I reckon should be the starting 9.

As there's unlikely to be much more movement in the roster unless players leave, I'm trial adding a Rumours section that will include our players linked with other clubs, along with the source (mandatory). Please let me know (copy my profile address in here) if you come across any I've missed.

Herbie Farnworth: linked to Roosters, presumably 2024 (source: Crawley) (STAB IN THE DARK)

NOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Is everyone happy with the credibility?

Let’s not do this again.
Do what again? Some rumours are more likely than others. Rothfield's aside that Tesi is joining the Dolphins was met with widespread ridicule and insults. Now it seems likely. The most widely accepted rumour amongst the loudest of media cynics (including your good self) - Payne joining the Roosters - was a dud. But we have no idea whether it might have happened.

Just because a group of posters routinely badmouths media sources doesn't elevate their opinions above those sources. Tracking these rumours over time balances this.

It's not true, Herbie hasn't spoken to one club since he re-signed with Brisbane and anyone that rings gets told he won't even think about '24 until he gets back into the season.
Where did you get this?

Walters says he doesn't want Tesi to leave:

“That’s not something we want to happen. We’ve got a lot of faith and belief in Tesi. He had a good season under some trying circumstances with his personal life. I thought he played some really good football at different stages. Tesi is finished with the World Cup now and will get back to Australia and in here. We will start putting the work into him to be a fullback for us."
“We haven’t heard anything from Tesi at this stage. It’s good to have good options and Reece certainly hasn’t got a mortgage on the number one jersey. It’ll be a dogfight through the pre-season and into the season as to who gets the jersey.”
" We expect there to be a lot of competition for spots next year. That’s what strong clubs provide, good competition among the players. We’ve got Tesi and Reece going for the fullback spot and Herbie has an eye on it as well. Then we’ve got Selwyn Cobbo, who I believe long-term will be a great fullback. We’ve got good competition for spots, which is what we need to keep the competitive spirit among the playing group.”

That was more comforting than a sexy behind hug from grandma.

Robsons manager alleged that the broncos showed interest - so at least that’s a positive sign
