Opener has been up for grabs for years .
But he seems to want to play middle order and throw down some offies these days .
When he 1st came into the team I thought he would be there a long time .
He got dropped because of injury years ago and has never gotten back since .

They were talking him up as a middle order spinner player before the last India tour . But he didn`t get a run .

Yeah 20 games since 2019 continues to disappoint. Side strain is the latest and that's hard to get right and you can't bowl while you're getting it right.
