This is after the journos rang all the clubs about TPJ.
As I mentioned elsewhere, this doesn’t play into his hands at all unless he fancies playing for the Bulldogs or Warriors and he won’t be getting paid more than he is now with his track record. He needs a complete attitude adjustment
Hard to see Stuart wanting anything to do with him.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have that kind of enforceable culture.
I think he would play like a petulant child if the leadership at the club wasn't good. Maybe he would cop on that he isn't the top shit he thinks he is. But the entire team needs a wakeup call and when they're not being dropped for poor performances, they really are only having their mediocrity reinforced by large paychecks. If it were only TPJ I doubt he would be content for long. Now that his options are looking fairly bleak, instead of sacking him completely, are we able to reduce his salary as punishment? He can then choose to stay on a reduced contract and help turn the club around, or he can go and chase the money offered at one of the other struggling clubs. The upside would be that if he stays, he might actually put in, and we get the best version of him at a fraction of the price. If he goes, well we can then spend that money elsewhere.
Stuart told TPJ he'd never play first grade so I think you can scratch Canberra from the maybesHard to see Stuart wanting anything to do with him.
If you count his appearances minus his suspensions Ricky just about nailed it.Stuart told TPJ he'd never play first grade so I think you can scratch Canberra from the maybes
I doubt they'll fire him unless there's much more to the story. He's likely to have learned a harsh and costly lesson but the Broncos won't cut the nose off to spite the face. They'd need a real reason and they may well do so but like I say, there'd have to be ample evidence and no hope of redemption.Thisll be humbling for TPJ, I still thinking firing him is silly. Our win % is stupidly higher when he plays compared to when he doesn't.
Yeah, I'd rather he stays, but he needs a reality check, an attitude adjustment, and likely a pay cutThisll be humbling for TPJ, I still thinking firing him is silly. Our win % is stupidly higher when he plays compared to when he doesn't.

You know, he could just be thick. My next oldest brother is not bright and once, after freely giving up two of my four weeks leave to help him prep his house for sale he never even considered handing me a six pack or even saying thanks. A bit aspergers like. He was unaware. It was only after our mother pointed it out to him that he became aware.I think TPJ's lack of character is his death knell as a top flight player. Dave Taylor Mk2 even if the reasons are different. I just don't think TPJ has sufficient character to understand what humility really means. His ego drives everything he does. At the moment, as I see him, he is a selfish, self interested prick.
