We need TPJ for all of 2021. Period. That includes not being suspended.
Agreed- He can be a handful at the best of times but he’s a young full on fella that has a lot of energy. Reminds me of a Hodges back in the day. We need a couple old heads atm amongst the group to mentor them.

On the Sunday Footy Show today Webster said that in TPJ’s interview with the NRL he couldn’t guarantee them he wouldn’t break COVID restrictions again.
If true, that tells you all you need to know about him.

How do these journos get information from private meetings? It’s like TPJs call with Uncle Nick. Two people on that call, who leaks it?

Assuming that’s accurate, what a selfish dumb-****.

There is a report in the CM saying that TPJ is taking his NRL stand down seriously and he has only left his house once, and that was for his COVID test as ordered by the NRL.

although maybe he is taking it seriously to either prevent his sacking or not alienate potential suitors should he be sacked

I'll be happy to see him gone. Was a fan, but the guy is a dickhead.

Yeah, I read that too. There was also a suggestion (I think from Brett Read) that the Broncos have put this out early to show Pangai Jnr there may not be that big of an appetite for his services and he really needs to pull his head in if he wants to continue earning the kind of money he is on.
As much of a tool as he is, he has so much talent & potential and if he could put it all together he could be a devastating player. Win-win for the club imo.

According to that article, he hasn’t been served a breach notice yet but it is probably coming.
It also says he’s not happy about some details from his NRL interview making it into the public domain.

Came Friday- can't apply to be in the bubble for a month.

Too late.
Really think he has played his last game for us. The club is moving on.

really hope the club waits until it has a clear idea on who is coaching next year before making a call on him.

Well at the least the lawyers have done well out of this Broncs season. Tallyho!

They usually do, out of most situations.
Honesty. Who would have thought! Unlike the medical profession. They artificially limit the numbers of doctors trained to ensure the very barest of coverage. That way they keep the 'demand' strong. Sickening.

Conversely, 30 years ago, there were 4 times the number of lawyers then currently in practice coming through the university system in Australia. I would wager that a large majority of them either never wound up working as practising lawyers or if they did, they did not last long.
