I still think it should be a penalty to come in to a tackle late. The trouble will be defining what's late.

for sure, so do I - but 99% of the time Melbourne dont do that. Melbournes style is to get 3 in and then one of them drops down to the legs without letting go of the ball carrier.

I'm all for banning a third person coming charging in and hitting a guy whos already got 2 guys on him, regardless of where he hits.
