Parrammatta supporters are the most annoying fans in the whole comp. They talk themselves up every year and bleat about how their new signings will lift them to the top. And the stupidest Rugby League fan I've meet goes for them see page 3 or 4 in the post match discussion from the game on Friday night. I told him not long ago to pull his head in and keep his useless thoughts to himself.

Hmm, interesting thread. (some parts of it, some parts - less interesting).

With regards to banter with supporters of other teams, the internet is a little bit more focussed. But if you work in an office, "around the water cooler" on Monday morning there's nothing better than reminding your Dragons mate of how appalling they were on the weekend etc. Particularly if it's your team that dusted them.:rockon:

People who get upset about their sporting team getting bagged really need to grow a set and take stock of the things that are actually important in this life: good health, good job, good home, good family.

If QLD get dusted next week, i'm going to be devastated. But I'm not going to cry. And I'm not going to get upset when the inevitable ribbing from my NSW following mates get me back for the last 6 years!

Generally though, NRL fans are a lot more open to ribbing....AFL fans/Melbourne sports fan in general aren't. They are weird.

I used to hate Canterbury with a passion because of the salary cap scandal, spoiling Freddy's farewell, the fans reputation, some of the players they had and the Sonny Bill walkout.

I found over the last ten years or so at Suncorp, St George supporters were the most unlikeable, with a "we're better than you" attitude but since they've become our bitch, not so much.
