Alexander. Although in fairness, he only commentates about Penrith, and how it's not right that the Broncos got Inglis (even when he's actually calling a game not involving Penrith, the Broncos or Melbourne).

This is tricky. Tallis doesn't commentate and I think he's the best of the Fox chumps. Alexander is a welcome relief from Daley so he seems good by comparison.
