BBL07 Discussion

**** me how many chances does Lehmann get?

Our fielding is unacceptable. You wouldn’t take that in school boys.

Horrid batting performance. That one has fucked the season completely.

**** me, we seem to bowl more balls on a hittable length than any other side. Then Pierson comes out, after batting last game like a test match, and bats like his missus has gone into labour.
7 runs an over needs a solid start and cool heads but once again we lose a game which are ours to win.

end rant

Yeah I have no idea what they were thinking. Wasnt a big chase, and they just decided to throw it all away. Didn't deserve to win with that kind of coaching/plan/attitude

Second lowest Heat score ever.

Lowest 80 in BBL04.

What do you expect when you pick 6 bowlers?

Heazlett back in to the squad for Floros for the game tomorrow night, I fully expect him to be straight back in to the team. We're going to just have to put up with Cutting bowling 4 overs unfortunately, or give Joe Burns an over or two, we need an extra batsman in there.

1. McCullum (c)
2. Peirson
3. Lynn
4. Burns
5. Heazlett
6. Ross
7. Cutting
8. Lalor
9. Steketee
10. Shah
11. Swepson

Fantastic by Short.

61 off 29 last year on debut, one day 100 for WA this year.

Then 97 off 63 tonight. Attacked 84%.

28 off 19 in the power play. 22 off 19 then accelerated 47 off 26.

Used the leg side and covers beautifully.

Abbott lost Sydney the game, lol at his last 2 overs.

Klinger all clutch here so far.

You’re right. When batting in the second innings for Perth Scorchers Michael Klinger has an average of 48.90 - compared to 33.00 in the first innings. In matches that the Scorchers win Klinger averages 64.12 in the second innings - compared to 34.44 in the first innings.
