If or when the Broncos find the need to have a genuine football manager, I’d like to see them bring in a genuine football manager, ie a Frank Ponissi or someone with experience who can really add value in the role..

Ikin is never happy in any of the photos or videos. As much as he might be a smart guy, he has never been entirely happy since he got here despite some awesome moments.

Ego always has a way of getting in the way of business. Sounds like Ikin wanted to be the shot caller. Didn't go his way so he jumped ship. We want people who want to be here. Glad to see the back of his drama as it appears everyone else is on the same wave length.
