They're both culpable in this.

Te'o shouldn't have called her a slut or whatever provoked her and then punched her in the face.

Katie shouldn't have attacked Te'o (if that's what happened) and she certainly shouldn't have withdrawn charges. The fact that she did that tells me that she is not the innocent victim here.

That's a statement that I don't think anyone else on here agrees with us, I was simply saying I think we are the minority. If I wanted to attack someone I would have said "everyone beside you and I are sexist pigs that think its cool to hit sluts cos the are sluts". I didn't say that and I wasn't implying that, the fact that you have taken it that way has more to do with you than me.

WTF I'm not giving anyone an ivory tower treatment. All I'm saying is that I know teo's history and there are far to many ???'s to say either way so due to that fact I'm not going to start calling her a slut and saying she deserved it etc. I have not once attacked anyone on here about this so what the **** is your problem

But this woman has the same ???? history, if not worse, she has a criminal record and multiple AVO's against her name.

I'm trying to have a reasoned discussion of what all the possibilities might be based on what (little) evidence anyone has.

The ones whose job it is to investigate and prosecute incidents that happen like this every single day (the police) are satisfied on their analysis to not pursue T'eo.

That's pretty telling isn't it, especially when the police involved no doubt knew that this one would come under a lot of public scrutiny?

The ones whose job it is to investigate and prosecute incidents that happen like this every single day (the police) are satisfied on their analysis to not pursue T'eo.

Hasn't she withdrawn her statement to the cops? If that's the case it doesn't matter what they think. If its a he said/she said thing with no other evidence and she withdraws her statement, they have no evidence so they can't press charges

I don't think anyone is suggesting that the 'boys club' is the players, the expression of the 'boys club' is used for the nrl head honchos that become involved and very forcefully explain what she is getting herself into and how contonuing with a charge will end up for her, however if this all goes anyway it could be quite positive for her. Lawyers are very persuasive.

How many times do you see the story that there seems to be plenty of evidence, next minute the charge is dropped and she disappears. IMO it happens far to often to simply be 'the slut is always making things up'. That's just my opinion though

Thats right, im not saying the boys club is the players. hell that is stupid and doesnt even make sense. its the club admin, the game admin that cover things up

Like I have said before I know for a fact the broncos withdrew there offer to him. I'm not going to say the reason on here cos I don't want to cos dramas. At the end of the day I don't really give a **** what you think of teo, love the prick if you want, however if you have a daughter I would keep her well away
