How long is a piece of string? Depends on the crime and the circumstances. Sexual assault can range from a grope to fully-fledged rape... so I'd say he'd be looking at somewhere between a good behaviour bond and seven years imprisonment if he is guilty. Give or take. [icon_lol1.

To answer the question though Coy, no - not zero chance. But I think, in cases like this where there are witness statements only with no DNA evidence etc., the overall conviction rate in this country is like 6% or 7%. Sounds about right, particularly when you consider the burden of proof being "beyond reasonable doubt".
