Being out in Manly on a Friday/Saturday night is just asking for trouble, especially as a high profile person.

Are you saying that this means high profile players should not go out on Saturday nights in Manly, or are you just making a general statement? Because if it gets to the stage where people start saying that players should not go out on Friday and Saturday nights then it over-steps that mark IMO.

It's more a comment on the night-scene at Manly than anything else really. They'd almost be better off in the Cross.

The NRL really had no choice in pulling the ad though. Maybe Stewart is just unlucky here, but there has been way too much of this stuff going on in our game for him to be the face of the campaign while he's under investigation. It's not a punishment, it's just the NRL trying to protect the last scrap of dignity they've got left.

Well it's not really their guilt to admit. There's no indication they know more than anyone else, so, to me, it just comes across as a precaution. I guess others could see it another way though [icon_shru

Dane Tilse was de-registered & he wasn't even charged.

Picture this, they keep the ad going, then Stwerat is found to be guilty of sexual assault. The NRL have been using a sexual predator to promote the game, in a commercial that promotes children and family and grass roots. Not a good look right. Now if found not guilty commercials go to air no real harm done. Or then again if it drags on they will probabably play the safty card and remake the ad. I see no problem with the ad being pulled.

Happen at the complex where they all live. The young girl live 2 doors down. He dad heard her screaming for help he went to her aid and pulled him off her.
