Who said there was?
Stix wants us to drop Glenn and move Oates there

Hmm, yeah that'd be silly, especially considering we've got Su'A who should be the immediate replacement of Glenn (If we opt to let him go) and Oates has at least another 4-5 years on the wing imo.

I'm hearing Brisbane's team next year will be:
1. Boyd
2. Oates
3. Inglis
4. Hayne
5. Gagai
6. Milford
7. Thurston
8. McGuire
9. Smith
10. Scott
11. SBW
12. Gillett
13. Taumalolo
14. Morgan
15. Papalii
16. Bromwich
17. Surgess
Just what I'm hearing, other teams are questioning how we'll be able to fit all those in but I'm hearing the salary cap will go up to a salary sombrero and free nachos will get it over the line. Going to be an interesting off season for other teams as we won't even be training. As you'd expect, Raiders fans are pretty happy about us having this team and no one in Sydney thinks it's unfair. You heard it here first.

I maintain that Glenn is very under rated on this forum.
im now hearing sims will be joining gagai next season at the broncos. going to be an interesting offseason!
what did I say about sims? ;)
gagai is still coming, wb trying to come up with the dollars still
im also hearing mullen might end up here as well!
An article in the paper without a single quote is hardly convincing...
Gagai won't be coming.
Mullen won't be coming.
That article is about as reliable as this comment..
Johnathan Thurston will be joining the Broncos in 2017 after they release Ben Hunt to the Dragons.

Johnathan Thurston will be joining the Broncos in 2017 after they release Ben Hunt to the Dragons. Thurston wanted to join the Broncos years ago, but the move didn't eventuate because Anthony Griffin and Paul White failed to table an adequate offer.

Newcastle star Dane Gagai has delivered the ultimate show of faith to the Knights, denying offers to re-join Brisbane next year and remain at the struggling club.
The Queensland winger was given a free pass by coach Nathan Brown at the end of the season to switch clubs, yet Gagai threw his support behind the direction the club is heading in and opted to remain in Newcastle.
The Broncos desperately attempted to convince Gagai to return to Red Hill after the retirement of centre Jack Reed, and coach Nathan Brown says his only Origin player didn't even consider it.
''I spoke to Gags and gave him the chance to go,'' Brown told The Daily Telegraph.
''He could have gone back to the Broncos and been up there next season in a side challenging for the premiership.
''But he didn't even entertain it.
''He loves living here in Newcastle, his family is here and he wants to be here.
''Above all, he believes in all the young kids that are coming through.''
Gagai is contracted until the end of next season and is yet to discuss his future plans as he waits until the salary cap increases in 2018.
