That's an awfully specific reliability rating.

Don't think I'd put much stock in your source though. 93.7% is baseline minimum to be taken seriously.

For the record, I could see us landing Sims but not Gagai. He's on decent coin, is more or less a defacto senior member of the squad now. Believe he probably feels some obligation to pull them out of the murk.

Sims on the other hand no longer has family ties, and is probably on a pretty basic contract. We could probably snag him, though I'm not sure how much he adds to our roster. He might improve up here I suppose, and we could do worse for a stop gap option while TPJ, Ese'ese, etc, get up to speed.
