Fev not as good as recent weeks? That was his best game in Lions colours that far. Granted he's not in top form but his third quarter was especially good.

Browny won't have two shockers in a row.

Lions just didn't show up, Demons were awesome will just be interesting to see if they can keep that style of footy going all year. Vossy will rape the Lions on the training paddock this week they were very poor in every way.
 
I am trading Browny out of my dream team, I traded him in 2 weeks ago and both weeks he's got 40 pts or less. I gave him a chance this week, but a star like him shouldn't have 2 bad games in a row.

I knew I should have tipped the demons, the lions have kept me from a perfect round :evil:

They were actually lucky to get as close as they did. Played awesome in the 4th quarter as they always do, just really really struggling with injuries at the moment, and with Drummond and Brennan going down it looks like we may struggle against Geelong this weekend, which will be 4 losses in a row. You can't write the Lions off though, it was good to see improved performances from Sherman and Leuenberger. Brown was quiet again though, I think he will fire up on Saturday night.
 
3 quiet games from Browny in a row. Whats going on there? jarrad Brennans gone isn't he, he'll be tough to replace or is it someone else im thinking of?

Now for some devastating news for North. Liam Anthony gone for the season, one of the best performing midfielders this season for North. Don't hold out much hope for North this week unfortunately. Will be interesting to see who they replace him with, will it be levi Greenwood who has been showing some form lately, will matty campbell make a surprise return or will they bring back daniel Pratt from the VFL for some vital experience, or someone else not mentioned? Drew petries due back soon, that will add a great assett to the North forward line.
 
Brennan is out for 4-6 weeks. Browny has been quiet he is carrying an injury. Also the Lions have been hammered with injuries not unlike the Broncos .
 
In good news though, Merritt is back this weekend. That improves our changes dramatically. Staker's effort on the weekend was admirable but the poor bloke was out of his depth.
 
Ba ha ha ha ha [icon_lol1. - lost again. Seriously, what is wrong with you guys this season? Taking on Adelaide in Adelaide this week. We managed to beat Adelaide last week, although it was only just. A win is a win, i'll take a win in any shape. So if we can beat Adelaide, you should be able to. Tipping Adelaide, though only because Adelaide are difficult to beat at home, and given the Lions form lately.

Taking on Bulldogs this week, was planning on going down, but never got bothered to buy the tickets. Should be interesting, given the Bulldogs 2 massive outs this week and the Roos form in the 1st 3 qtrs. It's always hard taking on the Dogs with the experienced bodies like Aker, hall, Johnson (although he's out this week) etc. I'm not sure who to tip yet, leaning towards Roos though.
 
Did you expect anything different Hatchy? Half our bloody team injured and only 1 specialist defender playing in his right position against the current Premiers and Grand Finalists for the last 3 seasons who were at full strength?? Anything less than a 10-goal hiding and it would've been a good effort from the Lions.

Hopefully this week Merrett and Clark will return to give us some much needed size. Then Charman the week after that, although the way it is with Charman he will get injured a go. If those 2 are back I am confident we can beat the Crows they are shit.
 
Oh and once again, poor old Brent Staker. He doesn't know whether he's Arthur or Martha at the moment. One minute he's a defender, next he's up front, next he's the ruckman!!!!
 
Lions need to win tonight otherwise I think it will be very very tough to make the 8. Also Jeb do you have a crush on Brent Staker?? I am most likely going to the Lions vs Kangas game next Saturday so hopefully the boys turn the season around.
 
What a win from the Lions, Fevola kicked the winning goal. Power, Black and Rich were awesome. Seriously great win abd the Lions are back.
 
DIdn't see the game Beads, but obviously wrapped with the result!!!!!! Was totally shocked to turn on Fox Sports News and see us come away with the win!! Great effort, and good to see Fev kicking a couple of speccies!!!

Also good to hear Staker played well!!!

And the win is oh so much sweeter when its against Collingwank!!!!
