THE PANTHERS have continued to mould their 2017 squad by adding Broncos playmaker Darren Nicholls on a one-year deal.

Nicholls, a former member of the Rabbitohs and Broncos, enjoyed a sensational season for Redcliffe in the Intrust Super Cup, finishing the year as the competition’s leading point-scorer.
A Drummoyne junior, Nicholls will add depth to the Panthers playmaking stocks which boasts the likes of Nathan Cleary, Te Maire Martin, Bryce Cartwright and Peter Wallace.
Nicholls is the second new signing for the club in as many days following the Panthers acquisition of Rabbitohs winger Michael Oldfield also on a one-year deal.

He was only behind KNik, Milford and Hunt.

There, he is behind Martin, Cleary, Wallace and Cartwright.

He was never going to play first grade unless the injuries/suspension got really extreme but the Broncos have not offered Aaron Whitchurch a new contract, he will however continue to play for the Redcliffe Dolphins.

The Parramatta Eels have just released a club statement on Semi Radradra and his exclusion from the Australian team.
Eels CEO Bevan Paul released the following on the club’s official website, as Radradra was left out of the Four Nations squad when the team was announced on Tuesday.


“Parramatta Eels continue to support and assist Semi Radradra and his ex-partner as they work through a difficult period.”
“We have been in contact with Semi since the announcement yesterday and he is looking forward to returning to the Club for preseason training in November.”
“The Club would like to emphasise that Semi has entered a plea of not guilty to the charges against him and he is entitled to the presumption of innocence.”
“The Parramatta Eels have recently increased resources in the area of player welfare and support and implemented a number of initiatives to assist with the wellbeing of our players and their families.”


He said that 'he is looking forward to returning to the club for pre season training in November' so looks like we wont be getting him for next season

Radradra is a luxury, if he comes to the Broncos than Bennett has gone mad.

We've got the right people in the backline, props and potentially the #7 need to be the focus for 2018.

We aren't moving the Australian and Queensland Fullback in his prime, we also aren't moving Milford from Five-Eighth, that's his position.

If we do get Lolohea (Seems very unlikely at this point) we'd play him at left centre.
