Well throw Thaiday in too

Actually that is not the worst idea, the problem though is who would take him? Pangai Jr looks like a younger version who can play that hybrid prop-second row bench player from next year anywhere before he inevitably forces his way into the starting side.

Thaiday would easily find a club. He's a clean skin, he's marketable, and a change of environment would rejuvenate him IMO.

After watching Reed's broken ass run around for the last few years, I'm warming to the idea.

We then get to watch Inglis' broken ass run around instead...

It's pretty overstated how injured he actually is, he plays every game and steps up when he needs to, he'd be a fine signing for a couple of years, as long as it doesn't eat a massive chunk of our cap.

I'm starting to like the idea of Gringlis coming here for a couple of years. His body should be able to handle left centre far more effectively than his current fullback role. Plus his flat track bully nature suits playing centre in a good team, Milf could really unleash him whereas his currrnt role at Souths means he has to try and carry a team who are badly on the slide.

Hayne would be handy if he has nothing to do for the last 10 weeks of the comp. Just a cameo to help us out for the rest of the year.

If Burgess is $500k/yr then for 10 weeks we should be able to sign Hayne for $100k. Or ask the NRL to use their discretionary Marquee fund to pay for it. The NRL will be the real winner.

Hey if we could manage 350k for ten weeks plus semis I'd be all for it. Our premiership window is closing fast. This year could be it so why not have a throw at the stumps.

According to the Courier Mail we may lose Jai Arrow to the Sharks.

No way our premiership window is closing, it's barely open.

I've said it before and i'll say it again ...

I do not want GI at the Broncos

Fair enough.

I however would love to see a backline of:

1. Boyd.
2. Oates.
3. Inglis.
4. Roberts.
5. Kahu.
6. Milford.
7. Hunt.

If we can't win a premiership with that, we might as well pack it in...

I'd rather a broken ass Inglis than a fully fit Reed any day. Not that Reed is fully fit either. He has more than his share of injury concerns as well as his general all-round sh*tness...

Inglis for Reed would be ok but it ain't going to be that simple, you'd think.

He's from Townsville .......

Hannant for Thaiday trade? Get a bit of money off the salary cap for Inglis.. Get a reliable experienced bench forward for a couple of seasons..
