worst captain ever.
Bravo... funny jokeThis is my shocked face
Staggs was one of our very few shining lights. It would be a nightmare to lose him. Imagine our season if you remove all of the points he scored or created.
No you couldn't ... at least from the 2020 season.Could say the same thing for Fifita too...
He was for my fantasy teamI think you will find that was Patrick Carrigan.
I call BS on the Lodge shit.... it's fan fiction from Kunt that gets published.links to Moose made me think......um....if he is the answer, what was the question exactly....
Cause...you know, he was ALREADY on our roster not long ago...
But I digress....
Lodge to the Warriors link is interesting. A few things I wonder about it;
1. Is this how Kev looks for a response from these players? Tell them you are thinking of accepting offers for them from other clubs....see what they say back...." but I dont want to leave Kev, tell me what you need for me to do to keep my place?"...aha....you have someone who is willing to buy in. If you dont though....then yeh maybe you dont really belong here after all...
2. Lodge does have an injury history and I assume we should know far more about it than any other team in the league. So if the risk/reward equation is too far out of your favour then the correct due diligence is to consider options like letting them leave for someplace else?
The other thing is the 6-again rule. Should this rule be retained nexts season id have my doubts that Props like Lodge are really the type you should be putting out there. Slow ruck speed, poor lateral movement etc. We were slaughtered with 6-again calls all year, so this may be a tactical reality that Kev has accepted and therefore needs to make a decision with Lodge. Doesn't seem the type to accept a 20 minute bench role so...
We still have a salary cap to adhere to.Throw the Murdoch bucks at this.
James Tedesco talks stall on new $3.3m deal as Roosters baulk at ‘outlandish demands’

If roosters think 1.1 Mil a season for Tedesco is overpriced they are surely lunatics.
Let me dream.We still have a salary cap to adhere to.
And if you read the article, you would know that the issue isn't how much Tedesco want but how long the deal is.
Roosters want a 3 year contract, Tedesco wants longer
Wonder if making two crucial errors in a knock out final will affect his chances with the chooks of getting it all his way.We still have a salary cap to adhere to.
