Apparently Moylan is 50-50 at best at Penrith atm on staying... Would he be a halves option for us?

Heard today on FOX that they have smoked the piece pipe and more than likely to be staying.

I think he signed till 2021 so would be a hell of saga to get him to another club with who pays what each year.

He would be demanding the same money as Milford so definitely out of our price range.

No way Gould lets him go.
They'll sort their shit out.

Moylan almost definitely leaving Panthers.

How would that work? He has four years left on his Panthers' deal. Are the Panthers going to release him and pay for four years? Not a chance. Which other club has the money?

He's not going anywhere.

Contracts mean nothing.

While there is an element of truth to that... NRL rules dictate that he needs to get paid the same amount at his new club...

At this stage of the season no club would have big money to pay him meaning the Panthers would have to pick up the majority of his salary ... No way they do that.

If he is unable to have a working relationship with the coach, they might take a hit for next year with a club willing to foot more of the bill in the three following years. Enter the Roosters at minimum wage before palming him off the year after.

Well they do, unless both parties agree. He will need what money he's entitled to and Penrith have a four year contract.

He has to get the money so either Penrith are paying it or someone else is or some split is arranged.

I can't see Penrith paying maybe 2 million for him to pay for the Sharks.

I can't see another club having 2 million to buy him out.

Best he could hope for if it's even true he wants out is some sort of split.

He should go to the titans, where everyone gets a lifeline.

Or take a leaf out of their book and get the coach sacked.
FWIW I think IF there is to be a casualty you'd take the coach rather than the guy you're paying mass coin for, is integral to your team and has a contract for the next 4 years
