The way I see it, the best 4 fullbacks right now are clearly Ponga, Tedesco, Trobojevic and RTS. If the Roosters can steal Tedesco, we should be able to steal Ponga too.

He’s putting on a clinic. His kicking game would compliment Milford nicely and his goal kicking would also be a massive plus. He also enjoys “owning” the team.

I have been very vocal on trying to get Gutho. I think we would have more of a chance with landing Moses, but I’ll have either. Or maybe if we get in both their ears we could get the 2 of them, that’d be nice.

Honestly i'd be pretty stoked with that. Convince Boyd to retire and give him a cushy job post footy, bring Gutho and Moses in. I'd even be willing to let Oates or TPJ walk if needed.

I can’t agree with TPJ. I think the impact of his intensity is glaringly obvious when he isn’t playing. Our forward pack without him and Lodge (to a lessor extent) are a bunch of work horses and we never look like turning momentum until he’s around to start bullying other teams defences. He’s our only forward who will can make something out of nothing, whether it’s a monster hit, a damaging run, or a brilliant offload.

I can’t agree with TPJ. I think the impact of his intensity is glaringly obvious when he isn’t playing. Our forward pack without him and Lodge (to a lessor extent) are a bunch of work horses and we never look like turning momentum until he’s around to start bullying other teams defences. He’s our only forward who will can make something out of nothing, whether it’s a monster hit, a damaging run, or a brilliant offload.

My only issue with him is the price tag he wants, and the inconsistency of his performances. Even against the Cowboys he did some dumb stuff.

Today when gutho got the 7 tackle set, ran got a quick tap and set up moses. Has boyd ever done that? i literally don't think he ever has in his entire career. Gutho did it 2-3 times today alone.
