In my opinion, freedom of religion is implied in the constitution which is why Folau is taking the ARU to court. Freedom of speech doesn’t exist, freedom of political expression/ communication does.

I work as a cleaner and even we have a strict social media policy. If I said that kind of shit then I would be called into the office the next day and sacked on the spot.

He's already signed with the Rorters. I have no proof, I've not read it anywhere, no commentator mentioned it on the various footy shows, as far as I know there has been no rumours on any social media sites but I just know he's going to the Rorters if he leaves St. Merge.
