We picked up Ennis because the Dragons had to offload players to fit their side under the cap and we were ready to pounce.

Josh Dugan’s contract with St George Illawarra Dragons could be in jeopardy after the troubled former Raider was allegedly involved in an incident at a Canberra nightspot last week.
Fairfax Media understands a man requires surgery to his eye region after being involved in an altercation last Thursday night. It is believed the incident occurred shortly after he and Dugan attended a wake for a mutual friend.
It is understood St George Illawarra, who are on a recruitment spree, were set to announce the signing of Dugan within the next 48 hours. Melbourne five-eighth Gareth Widdop signed a four-year deal with the Dragons on Friday worth close to $2.5 million.
Dugan’s involvement in another off-field incident could cost him a lucrative contract for the second time in the space of three weeks. He had a three-year contract at the Broncos torn up when he told a Canberra fan to ”end yourself” on Instagram.
Dugan said he was verbally abused at his friend’s wake, but denies a physical altercation followed.

Maybe could explain why we havent really been seen openly going for a play maker.
He would go alright at Fullback or 5/8 for sure. Just need to work on his defence.

Wouldn't surprise me if he has a get out clause in his contract if mckenzie is no longer coach. This is mckenzies last year as coach...

I wouldn't read anything into the Cooper rumour, once the ARU gets it's act together and sacks deans and appoints McKenzie Wallabies coach, Cooper will be back in the side.

Shaun Fensom is a good player but isn't the sort of player we need, we've got one in Parker.

A good fullback and prop signing and I believe we will be fine.
The team has been let down by poor selections IMO. Griffin seems to have his favorites that he sticks by no matter what. Obviously messing with Hunts development is the biggest mistake. IMO the likes of Jarrod Wallace and Gibb offer more than Dodds and Lui. Baptiste and Granville offer more off the bench than Hunt. Hopefully Timu, Oates and Molo are given a chance in the future and are not stuck behind others.

While I also believe Hunt should have got a go at half, his kicking game is probably he reason he does not get much of a go. As they say a good kick at the end of a poor set of six can make it a great set of six.
some of you will also question Wallace and Prince's kicking game is not perfect but they are still way better than Hunt's kicking game.
We need patience and faith. Two years ago we were saying where are all he fast bowlers for the Australan cricket team and six months later they were falling out of he trees around the place.
i do not want a signing for the sake of one. Who knows they may have decided Shaun Johnson is worth waiting the extra year for. I know Big Pete does not think Nikorima is big enough but many good judges around other NRL clubs believe he is the one that will come through at the Broncos. I am not a good enough judge to say but time will tell. One thing I will say for him is that he is very willing and wants to be in everything happening on the field in the U20s
