the only way Hoffman doesn't play fullback next year is if we do get Barba.
Not the only way. I wouldn't locke it in yet.

Man, that seriously sucks. Hoffman is fantastic at wing, he's average at fullback. Go to centre if he really hates the wing but please not fullback. All our problems are over.

Hoffman still eyes No.1 jersey
......
“To be honest it (the wing) is no different to the fullback role as in positional play with the kick return. The coach has given me the licence to roam around a bit and get my hands on the ball, so that’s a bit comforting that he has a bit of faith in me to do that.
“I’ve put the disappointment behind me and now it’s just trying to do what’s best for the team and doing my job on the wing.”
A five-eighth for much of his junior footballing days, Hoffman’s long-term goal is to have a crack at Brisbane’s No.6 jersey although the presence of Scott Prince for at least one more season after 2013 means he might have to put those plans on hold.
Not so fullback, with Hoffman eyeing a return to the back once Norman leaves the Broncos for Parramatta at the end of the year.
..... "
Is Locke off contract ?
“Hopefully towards the end of the year or when Corey goes I get to slot into that fullback position but there are a lot of things I need to focus on with that ball-playing role that Corey is a little bit better with,” he said. “Having that advantage over me, being a five-eighth, he is a lot crisper with his decision-making so that’s something I really need to focus on this year and towards the end of the year.
Bit harsh on Hoffman... I don't think any of you read the full article. He also said this:
It's nice to see that he acknowledges where he needs to improve.
And what about a play for Gerard Beale? He left to play fullback and with St Merge seemingly about to sign Dugan, he will be pushed onto the wing - the very reason he left!
You know as well as I do Ning, people only posts what suits their agenda
I agree. You do it often.
Do I really? Name one time? Just one beads. I mean I know you usually just like to make a statement and when asked to back it up, disappear. But hey how about for something new you give an example
No no no spwn, AP has set me straight. The storm weren't 'cheating' when the systematically rorted the salary cap, they were just pushing the boundaries.
And of course Bellamy had no idea about the salary cap 'boundary pushing', he is just an innocent, brilliant man
I think it'd be a real Sam if Locke left the Warriors, but all will be re-Bealed.
Clear agenda against the Storm
