Broncos re-sign Mead for another season

Regardless of recent performances, both Kahu and Mead are extremely capable wingers.

I'm delighted they're both on our books.

Exactly. Kahu had quite a few games to get the dropsies out of his system - he was dropping them for Wynnum then dropping them for Broncos the following week. Give Mead at least a few more games and training defensive structures with the Broncos and he'll come good.

He only dropped one last night and it was a contested bomb which are 50/50 at best when attackers are zero-ing in on you with no aim to catching the ball. The problem last night was him and Jimmy deciding to wrap the attackers up - That's all that needs to change (maybe, cause wrapping them up also works aswell - just not last night).

we are talking about better options that Moga here ... **** a one shouldered Opacic is a better option than Moga. and even though he has only just returned from injury he still shits all over Moga as an option.

size isn't everything ... Moga went up against a decent center last week and barely laid a hand on him. Kahu just needs some time in the position to get his timing right.

both options FAR superior to Moga.

Hell if all you want is a defensive center you could put Glenn there and he would do a better job than Moga (and he has had his worst start to the season yet).

The problem was his arms were a good half a metre wide when he tried to catch (and I use the term loosely) that first bomb. He had no chance in hell of catching that ball.

It clearly affected his confidence. Hopefully he can build on that, spend some time with the AFL bloke, perhaps as I rate the rest of his game and enthusiasm in general.
