Knows how to organise the defensive line and has been mentored in a system with Bellamy, Paps, and Slater. I’m sure he’d love a chance at a full time starting gig and would probably come pretty cheap considering.

I don't rate Drinkwater even though I know others do. Otherwise, I'm liking it. I'd be happy to give Staggs the first shot at 6 instead of bringing in Drinkwater. If Staggs doesn't work out, go to market again in 23.

You'd hope so, because it seems the club is absolutely hopeless right now. Imagine spending 3 years developing him when he wasn't ready and then just letting him go.
