Zerotackle saying we're interested in McGuire coming back. How's his reputation with all the young guys, thought he was kinda pushed out for being a bit of a bully.

Would take him over Napa and he can play a bit of hooker.

Isaako for Simpkin would be good, won't happen though. Levi's out there looking like Cam Smith with some of the ball he's giving, gives you some worries about Turpin.

Pete as for a 9 i am interested in your opinion on simpkin..from the little i have seen over the last couple of years i reckon he could be good in the right environment. can tackle and runs ok. needs to observe and passmore selectively but seems a good option at the right price

I’d be happy if we signed Simpkin. Not a bad idea at all.

McGuire probably isn’t the best for culture and why he keeps getting released by clubs now. I really dislike when he tries to ball play too.. Stunts the attack and gets in the way of the halves.

I’d rather try something new and sign Napa if we had to pick out of the two.

I don't think McGuire would give us anything we don't already have in Hethrington

Hetherington, Carrigan, Flegler.. They’re all fairly similar. We don’t really need McGuire’s style of play in the side, I agree.

Best hooker how? He let in a soft try in the middle of the ruck, good hookers can't do that, you can have the attacking ability of Cameron Smith but if you can't make those tackles you won't make it in any NRL side

Glad to hear Niu is staying...ive got faith in him as a future Bronco.

If he and Cobbo are fighting for the number 1 then do it next season once Reynolds is here.

Give them 12 months next year to see what type of spine they can give us.

And if its not working or cant work, then sure go all in on a Manu...

I don’t want to spend 900k+ on Manu.

Money could be better spent elsewhere.

I think you’ve got the right idea in attempting to create our own stars and trying to retain them.

I thought he played well enough in a side that wasnt playing that great. I think the way to unlock more out of him is get him at fullback. Looks good there when i've seen him and he just does everything you want really well and he always does the 1 percenters.

Ponga is approachable due to player options.

On that note, im curious what Watson is asking for. Great player and best mates with Ponga. Pretty sure they’re both managed by Ponga’s dad. If he isn’t asking too much I’d get Watson here next season. get him and Ponga to sign in November, Watson for 22 Ponga for 23.

May be wrong but I think Watson manages himself
But wouldn't surprise me if Pongas old boy had some input considering how close those 2 are.

I don’t think we need a million dollar fullback anywhere near as much as a million dollar hooker. I really do think we need to see what we’ve got in Niu/Herbie/Cobbs next year before deciding if none of them are the answer.

It's concerning people just forget how shit Levi is in defence because he sometimes looks good in attack.

Well this shows he is doing a really good job and if he is as bad as you say, shows just how truly bottom of the rung Turpin is, as he is being completely outshone.
