Cobbo and Staggs must be shoe ins - wouldn’t be surprised if James gets a spot because theres a slight shortage of Koori forwards at the moment.
Riki should get a start for the kiwi’s too.

Pretty good side but Alex Johnston will be picked before Cobbo but you never know with all the hype of late he might sneak in at Fullback especially considering it’s fan voted from memory. He’ll be in the squad though.

That and we escaped reasonably well towards the back end of the season. How bad was Paynes ankles? Bursitis or spur related?

In all seriousness there is very little news out there and our Broncos media crew have not worked out that 1 minute snippets and basic interviews does little to nothing for the fanbase.

That’s true but they would be playing trials otherwise probably better that they are playing on higher quality grounds than local

At least with trials they are playing with their team mates working on combinations. The all stars game is pretty much dead. To rejuvenate it, they need to head to NZ for a couple of years.

That’s just not an option at the moment sadly. I agree with you but for the likes of Selwyn and Ryan James I think it’s a good way for Selwyn to verse some pretty good competition as well as gain some confidence same goes for Ryan except minus the experience.

Don't know if it's been reported on here but we have apparently signed Falakiki Manu from Doggies after he initially decided to go to Dragons and had a change of heart. Plays Centre.

Kiks seems like a good kid. Had a debut to forget in round 16 last year where Manly put 66 unanswered points on the dogs, almost exclusively down the poor kid’s side of the field.
Missed something like half his tackle attempts and that’s not even counting the times they cut through the defence untouched on that side. Made decent metres though.
Cant blame him for being in a shit team.
