The dog has gone to the dogs apparently.
Where's this from?

Gee, I don't know. 6 is the most specialist position on field, and Walsh is a genuine fullback. I agree he does look like a 6 playing 1, more than Lockyer did, but we haven't even tried him at fullback yet. Let's give him a season before rushing to shift him. Farnworth and Cobbo, maybe. They've both played 1 before, and Cobbo, particularly, seems destined to move closer to the ball. For now, I'd like to see them stay put. There wasn’t much room here for old Karl mate anyway. Our future spine is pretty much locked in..
1. Farnworth / Cobbo
6. Walsh
7. Mam
9. Paix / Mozer
Do we all agree Walsh and Mam are the future halves?
Yes, I like what I've seen of Madden too. He reminds me of Brodie Croft before he descended into our bottomless pit of failed halves. For better or worse.wouldnt count madden out tbh
good thing is he has two years picking reynolds brain to show if he is the man for the job.Yes, I like what I've seen of Madden too. He reminds me of Brodie Croft before he descended into our bottomless pit of failed halves. For better or worse.
Just out of curiosity, how did you come up with 6 being the most specialist position on the field?Gee, I don't know. 6 is the most specialist position on field, and Walsh is a genuine fullback. I'd like to see us stick to our knitting and see where we end up.

It's confirmed. :\ Via Broncos statement.Where's this from?
Well all the worst to him.
Hope the first thing they give him is a turkey sandwich.
Would be a snack pack at Belmore.
I think it speaks volumes that we let him to the dogs and not down the road the Dolphins.
I wonder if we'll find out what we got in return?Broncos Statement: Karl Oloapu
The Brisbane Broncos have today granted Karl Oloapu an early release from his contract.www.broncos.com.au
Good scoop, mate. The dog has gone to the dogs apparently.
I'd love to see Wayne's reaction to the news.
But being able to play 6 and being able to outplay the best of the best at 6 might not be the same thing. Billy came to us as a 6, wanted to play 6, shone at 6 in the trials, got found out and wound up as a makeshift hooker. Walsh has come to us as 1. Let's see him kill it there first before we plan to base our entire team around him.Not saying Walsh and Mam will be in the halves together any time soon.. It would have to be forced by Cobbo or Herbie earning the fullback spot.
I don’t doubt for a second that Walsh can play 6.
Remember Cody Walker played a fair bit of fullback when he was younger. I think Walsh would be a similar style 6.
He’s talented enough to transition to 6 in the future and play very well.. But I’m saying to do this in 3+ years time.. Not now.. He should definitely play fullback while he’s young.. I don’t even agree with Ponga moving to 6 yet. Knights are just lucky they got Miller to replace him at fullback this year. But being able to play 6 and being able to outplay the best of the best at 6 might not be the same thing.
