Sorry i dont see much return in having a RLWC i dont think it does enough to grow the game and just makes a long season for players that play at a high level longer/shrug

The game has been growing, there are much more competitive teams then before which can lead to more exposure which helps the game in general.
It's not what the World cup does for the game but what RL can do for the WC.

Apparently Lockyer just hinted on 9 News that we're signing another hooker - but as expected, there's incredibly high hopes long-term for Blake Mozer to be the guy to fill that spot.

Am I the only one who took from that, that there will be a push this off season for Blake to be the 9, Similar to that of Ezra this pre-season. Blake obviously won’t be getting the long term development plan.

Someone said they heard Tom Starling is on his way here. I think it’s Ben Marschke personally but interesting as it is a pretty random player to comment for us to sign.
