I saw that warriors have released Aaron pene from the last year of his contract. I think he is likely to go to redcliffe, but he could be a decent pick up.

He Finds his front often and can generate a quick play the ball which benefits the next forward, which is similar to Jensen in that way, but is probably a bit more of a dynamic runner of the ball.

He is in that mid 20s age so may be a bit more mature than our other middle depth.

Arey spent the night with Cook. Doesn’t mean a thing
Hmmm to me the question is why didn't the Broncos sit together then socialise before and after.
That could mean something.

Dolphins seem pretty persistent with the Oloapu chase, hope he stays but more opportunities at the Dolphins.

we've got him until the end of 2025 and are flat out refusing to release him.

the report says the offer from the The is double that of ours (which is the reason his NEW manager has made the release request)

He finishes school this year and will go straight into our full time squad (development contract) this pre-season. He'll be promoted into our top 30 in 2024 ("which will trigger a significant pay rise for the remaining two years of his current contract.")

Not sure how it isn’t considered enticing someone to break a contract if they are talking money and he’s contracted until 2025.

because the NRL simply don't care.

it may have been a different story if the The had been able to land that big fish, but they haven't

They thought they could just get Bennett installed as coach and the fish would just start jumping in the boat ... to to try and fix their **** up, they're looking the other way and the The know it

The nrl may not care, but it’s the law, you can’t induce someone to break a contract. The broncos should be able to shut it down pretty quickly by sending in the lawyers.

We do the same thing. Every club does it. You can talk to anyone you like really. It would be extremely difficult to prove anyone has talked money even though it clearly happens.

I can understand Oloapu's perspective. The Dolphins werent an NRL team when he signed for us iirc and he's been in the Redcliffe system. Chances are he would have picked them over us given the opportunity. Problem he has now is he is contracted to us, so he has to just deal with it.

I’m sure we do, doesn’t mean we can’t threaten phins to back off though, hypocrisy aside. I appreciate Karl’s perspective, but like you say he’s signed a deal, so it’s tough luck.

Easy- Let’s talk 2026, this is what we’d be looking at giving young Karl to come back.

Oh really, Brisbane aren’t giving us that much for pre 2026.

Well we can’t comment on that but if Karl was to become available before 2026 that’s what we’d value him at.

Why so much hype surrounding Oloapu? Judging from the footage he is just bigger and stronger than the other kids.
