Herbie has some things over Walsh and Walsh has some things over Herbie. There's no reason not to try Herbie at fullback, I'd like to see at least one trial game.
Personally I don’t think he did enough the last 8 weeks of the comp to deserve a mortgage on it. But it was a rookie season and he’ll be better for it. It comes down to another example of poor management from Kev to have him playing when he wasn’t having enough impact on the game as a halfHerbie has some things over Walsh and Walsh has some things over Herbie.
If Herbie gets a shot in the trials which I think he will unless he has changed his mind about playing fullback and he plays out of his skin, is Mam a certainty for the 6 jersey?
To be fair on the kid the rest of the team went missing against predominantly top 6 sides. Not to mention Reyno was perhaps the most absent and he was the one required to support Ezra. Definitely not a mortgage on the spot but I don’t see a world where Ezra doesn’t start.Personally I don’t think he did enough the last 8 weeks of the comp to deserve a mortgage on it. Mozer, Mam, and Walsh all have huge potential. The only issue is that they’re all about 4 years away from entering their primes. Same could probably be said about Haas, Cobbo, and even Patty to an extent.Ezra was busted in the back end of the season, he should have been rested to recover. He should and will be starting 6. The talent is undeniable and he needs to get games, just not when fighting several injuries all at once.

Yup, when Gould's trying to become the Dogs version of Uncle Nick.I know these days the salary cap is a joke but the Dogs have to be running into issues.

So roughly three years before their move to the Rorters?Mozer, Mam, and Walsh all have huge potential. The only issue is that they’re all about 4 years away from entering their primes. Same could probably be said about Haas, Cobbo, and even Patty to an extent.
So did anyone see Rhyse Martin play in the world cup? I have heard he's impressed
Experienced leader that does his job... Sounds like something the Broncos could use more of. AReyn lookin kinda lonely. He did alright, captained PNG. I wouldn't say he was overly impressive, he did his job.

What is he going to offer instead of Capewell? Isn't that what Kurt is at the club for? And goal kicking isn't a point of difference because we already have ARey, Herbie and Staggs.
Capewell is a myth. Best games of his life have been in Origin when everyone has been watching. The rest of the time you hardly know he's out there on the field every week. What is he going to offer instead of Capewell? Isn't that what Kurt is at the club for? I don't think we should be relying on just AReyn and Capewell anyway is my point.
Then it’s come on down billy Walters and I win the $40!Capewell is a myth. Best games of his life have been in Origin when everyone has been watching. The rest of the time you hardly know he's out there on the field every week.
