Courier Mail says 5mill for 5 years including his existing 2025 contract. 4.4mill for the four years extension beyond 25.

It’s not that far out thing to say, I’ve got a 6 year old girl and if some drugged up unlicensed footballer runs into our car head on I’d want the **** locked up for a long time.

But since the NRL isn’t going to rub him out then we would be stupid to sack him so serve the suspension, do his rehab, say the right things and apologise to the family and everyone he hurt. And lastly don’t get behind the wheel of a car if intoxicated ever again.

Yes this is a massive risk for sure. The glass half full way to look at it though is that hopefully it would make him appreciate what he almost lost and come back super motivated and a better person.
