So apparently JWH put on 18KG over the previous offseason, which resulted in him going from a wannabe to one of the best prop in the comp.

Some of our players put on 2KG and suddenly they can barely move without exhausting themselves.

What gives?

I think it does and it's proven a coach who isn't distracted from club land performs better. Hagan and Mal a classic example.

Neil Henry was on the coaching staff up until a couple of years ago while still coaching the cows. Unless the rules have changed...

I think they only want the head coach to be a non-NRL coach ... i don't think it matters for assistant coaches, especially if that assistant is also only an assistant at NRL level
