Agreed. And adding to that, Gillett is much more effective in the back row or off the bench than he is on the wing, and more effective than Norman would be.

God forbid if Locky's out it's Walalce's bloody chance to step up to the plate and gain some confidence and form. If he could just get to about half of what he was doing at this time last year... it would do the team wonders. He's just not doing anything much atm in attack nor is his kicking game in tact ATM.

We are not a one man team. No doubting that the greatest one will be a big loss but he's not THE reason we are winning games, he's just part of it so we can win without him even if it will be harder.

Who do Parra have at 7? The great Daniel 2nd year Syndrome Mortimer? Wallace is much better and who is at 6, Keating? Wallace is better as well and I would take Hunt or Norman over Mortimer either way we are still stronger in the halves than they are. If Parra lose Moi Moi and Smith there is no reason we can't win, in fact no reason we can't trample them, even if they do both play for that matter.

Let's see on Friday night then, I believe we are a one man team. Sure we have plenty of talented footballers, but without Lockyer they are useless.

You call it negativity, I call it being realistic. Wallace has been ordinary all season, one his best games was against Souths, who basically offer nothing in defence. We can't win games without him in the side, but he isn't much good on his own.

Didnt you just mention the souths game? Correct me if im worng (im not) but Lockyer didnt play that game and Wallace was what you call "on his own" that game. Norman played aswell. Lockyer may still play anyway

We're a good chance even with Lockyer having the week off (which he should given we've got a tough away double vs Newcastle and NZ to follow).

But Parramatta will be super dangerous given they have to win every game to be even a chance of making the finals. That's when they're at their best.

Should be a sensational game.

I dobut the Cowboys would of scored them tries if we were only winning by 6, but i can see where you are coming from. I thought Ben Hunt and Wallace were very good and considering they will have a week to train togeather we should be alright. We are not a one man team like the Eels and therefore should not play like a one man team if lockyer doesnt play.

Look for Parker and Thaiday to play amazing and Parker to be MOTM.
