I guess you didn't see him in the sheds after the match, he was absolutely devastated.

He knows he made a mistake, i don't see why everyone needs to jump on his back for it. He didn't deserve that mistake, he has to live with it now.

Dude we have been getting written off for the last few years but with Lockyer full fit we are always going to be a chance. 2009 will be a great challenge though

Yeah, I kinda agree. I thought this was our best chance at the premiership. Technically our side next year is still very good, but without that Bennett factor it'll be hard to go all the way.

oi his handling was crap all year, he OBVIOUSLY didn't fix the problem before something important like a final. but yeah, sad it had to be a final for him to be haunted enough to fix his ass mistakes for his future with the broncs.

Prick of a way to lose but we have done it to other sides heaps in big games over the years.
I suppose if you keep giving a side like Melb the pill inside your 20 it has to hurt you sooner or later.
How many times did we turn over possession simply because we were too busy whinging to the ref to concentrate on the play the ball.

Melb will have to play the rest of the year without Smith I think, there isn't much chance he won't be charged for the grapple on Thaiday and he has carry ober points of 93. Even with an early guilty plea he will cop 2 weeks.
